In the 19th minute, Kusti Jaas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sydney Quirino in the 21st minute of play forced Grimório's goalkeeper Wawrzyniec Niedziela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vicente Varela stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s zone, Alo Ülipikk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emerson Leão came out of the goal and Alo Ülipikk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wawrzyniec Niedziela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Shantala, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute.
