Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Renato Augusto started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 17 minutes in the game, Fabinho Bittencourt dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Fabinho Bittencourt took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aurelio Walme. Aurelio Walme dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Apat Reina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renato Augusto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aurelio Walme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabinho Bittencourt in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's goalkeeper Aurelio Walme, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Retumbante FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Frank Gonçalves hit a great ball. 37 minutes into the game, Kauã Mandrak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Aurelio Walme was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 41 minutes into the match, Retumbante FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lucio Siekkötter came free, but Apat Reina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 42nd minute by Kauã Mandrak got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for José Paulo Mendonça to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Daniel Owsiak dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. In the 60th minute, Daniel Owsiak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Apat Reina was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. With a little luck, Retumbante FC's Apat Reina got control of the ball when Daniel Owsiak tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Renato Augusto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luiz Fernando Mota kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Lei Feng Yan struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Apat Reina didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.E.R. Caxias do Sul. With a little luck, Retumbante FC's Apat Reina got control of the ball when Daniel Owsiak tried to sneak it across the goal line. José Paulo Mendonça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Aurelio Walme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Aurelio Walme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Paulo Mendonça in the 88th minute of play. In the 94th minute of the match Retumbante FC got a corner. S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kauã Mandrak ran over to the corner to take the kick. The S.E.R. Caxias do Sul players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Retumbante FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
