Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eustratios Pechlifanis in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lütfi Kutlubay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 45th minute, Eusébio Barros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lütfi Kutlubay was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chiquinho Pombal was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa booed when BRASIL.Sp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faustão Sá didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
