The crowd rose to their feet as Seb Hedges kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lütfi Kutlubay. That made the score 2-0 in the 17 minute of play. Lütfi Kutlubay was a little too slow when Seb Hedges got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 3-0. If Seb Hedges had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lütfi Kutlubay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Seb Hedges in the 32nd minute. Seb Hedges might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lütfi Kutlubay. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Seb Hedges ran back to his position shaking his head. Zygmunt Rzegotka made in the 40th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Thibault Delanoë however managed to control. Mustafa Cumhur Gök made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dito Araújo in the 43rd minute of play. With a little luck, Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's Lütfi Kutlubay got control of the ball when Seb Hedges tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The wind increased when Chiquinho Pombal made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Seb Hedges in the 51st minute of play forced Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's goalkeeper Lütfi Kutlubay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Seb Hedges notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's Lütfi Kutlubay. Lütfi Kutlubay was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 59th minute, Seb Hedges left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DENVER™ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. DENVER™'s Antonio Cugini was substituted for Diego Armando Messi. After 67 played minutes DENVER™ got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Cruz. In the 78th minute, Renatinho Falcão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Seb Hedges took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lütfi Kutlubay. Lütfi Kutlubay dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Lütfi Kutlubay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Seb Hedges went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Mustafa Cumhur Gök showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otávio Freitas in the 89th minute of the match. Dorel Chevereșan lost his temper 92 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 93rd minute, Dorel Chevereșan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for DENVER™.
