In the 3rd minute, Victoriano Villacanes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leopoldo Lop was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Luckas Baert's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leopoldo Lop read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. In the 8th minute of the match, Luckas Baert got a very nice opportunity to score, but Leopoldo Lop was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvador Romelio in the 9th minute of play forced GRINGO FC's goalkeeper Leopoldo Lop to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anier Selatse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without András Tóth having to interfere. 17 minutes into the game, StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Victoriano Villacanes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leopoldo Lop made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. András Tóth stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anier Selatse's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. In the 23rd minute, Erlantz Duran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, GRINGO FC's Erlantz Duran got a free kick in the 25th minute. 28 minutes into the game, Luckas Baert recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leopoldo Lop. Luckas Baert showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. When GRINGO FC's Anier Selatse in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's goalie prevented a goal. Erlantz Duran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. András Tóth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 41 minutes, Anier Selatse mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GRINGO FC and the StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anier Selatse hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 defense, Anier Selatse kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of András Tóth. The StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that András Tóth should have stopped the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luckas Baert to make the kick off. Mauricio Rodas made in the 52nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Mustafa Ekrem İmruz. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luckas Baert in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leopoldo Lop saved GRINGO FC from getting behind. In the 57th minute Victoriano Villacanes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Lop saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Freddy Fanuco hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Mauricio Rodas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Mauricio Rodas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Luckas Baert sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leopoldo Lop narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luckas Baert in the 71st minute of play forced GRINGO FC's goalkeeper Leopoldo Lop to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Mehmet Emrah Kadri in the 76th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Victoriano Villacanes. Leopoldo Lop made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luckas Baert in the 78th minute of play. GRINGO FC's Leopoldo Lop played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luckas Baert in the 80th minute of play. In the 80thth minute of the game Luckas Baert who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GRINGO FC's Leopoldo Lop was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Florian Corales sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 made a substitution. Salvador Gil replaced Generoso Egun. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Arturo Christobal was substituted for Luckas Baert. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Pastor Rexino was substituted for Salvador Romelio. GRINGO FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
