Ryszard Nalaskowski was slow to take the kick. During this time GRINGO FC's players had a chance to rest. The GRINGO FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Caroya Forever were winning 0-1.

GRINGO FC's Freddy Fanuco was substituted for Erlantz Duran. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Batı Tomurcuk made a kick off. After a rather tough play, GRINGO FC's Kacper Piatek got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 55th minute, Tomás Pacifico made a precise shot to the right of Erasmo Urbez. The GRINGO FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. 79 minutes into the game, Fabian Polo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Hugo Ibar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batı Tomurcuk in the 85th minute of play forced GRINGO FC's goalkeeper Erasmo Urbez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute GRINGO FC were awarded a corner. Ryszard Nalaskowski went to the cornerflag to take it. The GRINGO FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Caroya Forever to win.
