Shao Shu Lang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aleksander Fafinski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute 武光星 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Ibar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th match minute, Caroya Forever was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Corderro to maneuver through the defense. Hugo Ibar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrinho Falconetti in the 12th minute of play. Aleksander Fafinski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Shao Shu Lang made a huge save. Encarale a la gordita's Shao Shu Lang proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Encarale a la gordita from getting a goal against them. When Encarale a la gordita's Ildefonso Bernabel in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomás Pacifico got free with Shao Shu Lang in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ildefonso Bernabel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Hugo Ibar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Encarale a la gordita's Paulino Senon was substituted for Osvaldo Mendebal. Encarale a la gordita's Jurand Sienkowski was substituted for 武光星. 52 minutes into the game, Bernardo Corderro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caroya Forever's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Encarale a la gordita the free kick. In the 52nd minute, Bernardo Corderro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Jurand Sienkowski put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Hugo Ibar. Hugo Ibar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jurand Sienkowski in the 66th minute of the match. Jurand Sienkowski took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hugo Ibar. Hugo Ibar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Hugo Ibar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jurand Sienkowski in the 72nd minute of play. Pedrinho Falconetti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Hugo Ibar made a huge save. Hugo Ibar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedrinho Falconetti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Pedrinho Falconetti came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Encarale a la gordita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedrinho Falconetti couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Herman Lindholm sped through Caroya Forever's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hugo Ibar. Hugo Ibar made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Pedrinho Falconetti sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Jurand Sienkowski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hugo Ibar. That made the score 0-6 in the 89 minute of play. Hugo Ibar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedrinho Falconetti in the 96th minute. The Caroya Forever fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Encarale a la gordita were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
