Loco Malo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabriele Batistuta in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Loco Malo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Menchu FC were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Lagrima en Jarrita's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Abdoulay Doucouré took the corner. 18 minutes into the match, Menchu FC's Gabriele Batistuta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Loco Malo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lu Bin Cheng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Camilo Salvidor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Lagrima en Jarrita's Ma Mo Feng slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Camilo Salvidor. That made the score 1-1 after 34 minutes of play. After having played for 42 minutes, Gabriele Batistuta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Menchu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriele Batistuta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Menchu FC's goalkeeper Camilo Salvidor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Lagrima en Jarrita made a substitution. Dalmacio Llorian replaced Lu Bin Cheng. Lagrima en Jarrita's Cleto Firmin was substituted for Aristide Ştefănoiu. Loco Malo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriele Batistuta in the 55th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Gabriele Batistuta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Menchu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriele Batistuta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Loco Malo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Camilo Salvidor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodosio Figueroa in the 60th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Lagrima en Jarrita's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriele Batistuta came free, but Loco Malo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Menchu FC's Camilo Salvidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleto Firmin in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Figueroa in the 69th minute of play forced Menchu FC's goalkeeper Camilo Salvidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriele Batistuta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Loco Malo made a huge save. Camilo Salvidor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodosio Figueroa, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Menchu FC made a substitution. Gaston Firmo replaced Peter Söderqwist. Menchu FC made a substitution. Arturo Roderigo replaced Primitivo Rocendo. A throw-in in the 80th minute of the game was made by Edinho Baresi with Dalmacio Llorian as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Abdoulay Doucouré made a great header on Menchu FC's corner, it was just that Lagrima en Jarrita's Loco Malo managed to reach the ball for a save. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
