In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Alfonso Goicoechea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomás Lucila was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damazy Boruta got free with Pankracy Glogowski in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Silver Play 2's Tomás Lucila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mugur Chiriac in the 26th minute of play. In the 28thth minute of the game Alfonso Goicoechea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Silver Play 2's Tomás Lucila was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tomás Lucila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Goicoechea, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Tomás Lucila made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Alfonso Goicoechea sent off a good shot on target. Mugur Chiriac recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silver Play 2's Tomás Lucila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Nevada in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th minute of the match, Mugur Chiriac tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tomás Lucila saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Silver Play 2 getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Omar Rioja hit a great ball. After having played for 95 minutes, Alfonso Goicoechea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Atlanta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfonso Goicoechea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Club Atlético Atlanta's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
