One of Olivos Futbol Club:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Club Dep. Soc. Rodo:s goal. When the match had been going on for 7 minutes, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Gasteiz Latorre got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Borek Borok. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Gasteiz Latorre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's supporters rose to their feet, but Gasteiz Latorre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Borek Borok breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Borek Borok showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gasteiz Latorre, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Borek Borok didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 24th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. 26 minutes into the match, Olivos Futbol Club's goalkeeper Borek Borok had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gasteiz Latorre. With his leg Borek Borok managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Gasteiz Latorre fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luciano Ondino to make the kick off. The supporters of Club Dep. Soc. Rodo booed when Olivos Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Sein didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Celso Trasloseros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Borek Borok. Olivos Futbol Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Celso Trasloseros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. When Celso Trasloseros came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Club Dep. Soc. Rodo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celso Trasloseros couldn't finish the play. Borek Borok made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anthon Öberg in the 66th minute of play. After 68 played minutes Olivos Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Sein. Olivos Futbol Club's Borek Borok played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthon Öberg in the 71st minute of play. After some careless play in the Olivos Futbol Club defense, Anthon Öberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Borek Borok. The Olivos Futbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Borek Borok should have stopped the shot. Borek Borok showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anthon Öberg in the 86th minute of the match. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Jeremy Avellana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Ondino in the 88th minute of play. When Luciano Ondino came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Olivos Futbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luciano Ondino couldn't finish the play. Borek Borok took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celso Trasloseros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
