With a couple of smart ball manuevers Snorri De Hond in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ernesto Candeloro saved Liverpool Fans from getting behind. After having played for 19 minutes, Snorri De Hond managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atunes De Margarita FC⚽️'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Snorri De Hond was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Atunes De Margarita FC⚽️'s Efraim Leizaur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Chepe in the 22nd minute of play. Snorri De Hond's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ernesto Candeloro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Ernesto Candeloro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Snorri De Hond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Snorri De Hond's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ernesto Candeloro was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Efraim Leizaur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nickolous Astrajingga in the 34th minute of the match. The Liverpool Fans fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ernesto Candeloro should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Snorri De Hond to make the kick off.
