The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Willian Pay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Geronimo Ongile tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geronimo Ongile showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Willian Pay in the 11th minute of the match. Honorato Aznaro made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Teobaldo Belmiro sent off a good shot on target. Habsburgo's Honorato Aznaro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Habsburgo from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Teobaldo Belmiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Honorato Aznaro was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Honorato Aznaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benjamin Neto in the 33rd minute. Habsburgo's Willian Pay got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Willian Pay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Geronimo Ongile having to make a save. Eddy Ginanjar's late challenge caught a Habsburgo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eddy Ginanjar helped the player get up and apologised. Feliberto Cuarto got a throw-in 44 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Teobaldo Belmiro.

Geronimo Ongile didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Willian Pay went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 55 minutes of play, Gastres FC's Teobaldo Belmiro made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Honorato Aznaro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Habsburgo made a substitution. Herberts Dreizis replaced Emanuel Hârșu. 62 minutes into the match, Habsburgo's goal looked a bit too open when Calistrat Geangu came free, but Honorato Aznaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honorato Aznaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calistrat Geangu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Froylan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Geronimo Ongile made a huge save. Habsburgo's Honorato Aznaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calistrat Geangu in the 70th minute of play. Geronimo Ongile made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herberts Dreizis in the 74th minute of play. If Herberts Dreizis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Honorato Aznaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Calistrat Geangu, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Thanks to some nice moves Levent Itzov could shoot a difficult shot in the 83rd minute, which Geronimo Ongile however easily saved by the left post. Gastres FC's Geronimo Ongile proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Gastres FC from getting a goal against them. Geronimo Ongile showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Froylan in the 91st minute of the match. Geronimo Ongile took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herberts Dreizis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Gastres FC's Benjamin Neto got a free kick in the 95th minute. Benjamin Neto kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
