Luganeros AFC's Gabriel Porfiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmund Nocny in the 5th minute of play. Truman Harrington stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luis Vázquez's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Gabriel Porfiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmund Nocny, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amancio Claris got free with Truman Harrington in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luis Vázquez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Truman Harrington read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Mauro Bartolome made in the 22nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Edmund Nocny immediately put the ball in play. If Luis Vázquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aureliano Heriberto hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. The supporters of KYRA FC booed when Luganeros AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joe Kimutai didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Luganeros AFC's Luis Vázquez in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When C.J. 张卫鹏 fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KYRA FC's protests and gave C.J. 张卫鹏 a yellow card for diving instead. In the 42nd match minute, KYRA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by C.J. 张卫鹏 to maneuver through the defense. Ricardo Oinaz might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Truman Harrington. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ricardo Oinaz ran back to his position shaking his head. Truman Harrington was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Luis Vázquez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 45 minute of play. Gabriel Porfiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paskal Ayarza, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Luganeros AFC's Eduardo Liher was substituted for Amancio Claris. Luganeros AFC's Yu Quan Di was substituted for Ricardo Oinaz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmund Nocny in the 52nd minute of play forced Luganeros AFC's goalkeeper Gabriel Porfiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Truman Harrington took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rene Sayvion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gabriel Porfiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Nocny in the 57th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Luganeros AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Edmund Nocny came free, but Gabriel Porfiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Paskal Ayarza could shoot a difficult shot in the 60th minute, which Gabriel Porfiro however easily saved by the left post. KYRA FC made a substitution. Saverio Regis replaced Aureliano Heriberto. The corner led KYRA FC's C.J. 张卫鹏 to fire away a dangerous shot which Gabriel Porfiro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yu Quan Di in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Truman Harrington prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 69 minutes into the match, KYRA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Vázquez came free, but Truman Harrington reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Truman Harrington took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Liher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Truman Harrington stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yu Quan Di's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. 77 minutes into the game, Luganeros AFC's Yu Quan Di nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Truman Harrington made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Luganeros AFC made a substitution. Rey Ronaldo replaced Luis Vázquez. After a rather tough play, Luganeros AFC's Joe Kimutai got a free kick in the 88th minute. Edmund Nocny's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gabriel Porfiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Edmund Nocny received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gabriel Porfiro came out and tried to block the shot, but Edmund Nocny slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 96th minute.
