Club Sportivo Italiano's Reynaldo Stephen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norberto Ranolfo in the 54th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Club Sportivo Italiano's goal looked a bit too open when Arnoldo Fix came free, but Reynaldo Stephen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Club Sportivo Italiano booed when Deportivo Capitalista was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Secco didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Deportivo Capitalista players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
