The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute Fernando Barreiros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cotera Monar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cotera Monar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Romo, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loco Alves in the 7th minute of play forced RED DEVIL's goalkeeper Ali Cafer Konuralp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cotera Monar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Barreiros in the 10th minute of play. Cotera Monar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Barreiros in the 13th minute of the match. After 14 minutes DALO S.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomás Romo who took care of the corner kick. In the 18th minute, Lode Van Hemel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Astor Leoiar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cotera Monar. DALO S.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Urritz Martiniana charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Urritz Martiniana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd match minute, DALO S.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urritz Martiniana to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Loco Alves put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ali Cafer Konuralp. Cotera Monar made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Astor Leoiar sent off a good shot on target. If Fernando Barreiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Cafer Konuralp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loco Alves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 37 played minutes RED DEVIL got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Etxeberri. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Vera in the 41st minute of play forced RED DEVIL's goalkeeper Ali Cafer Konuralp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emilio Vispieres to make the kick off. After 57 played minutes RED DEVIL got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Baldovino. León Careaga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Ali Cafer Konuralp made a huge save. Cotera Monar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Barreiros, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Alonzo Vera's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ali Cafer Konuralp firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emilio Vispieres in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ali Cafer Konuralp saved RED DEVIL from getting behind. Dalmacio Etxeberri kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emilio Vispieres in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ali Cafer Konuralp prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 73 minutes into the match, DALO S.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Ubarna came free, but Cotera Monar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Astor Leoiar kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, RED DEVIL's Astor Leoiar got a free kick in the 83rd minute. The supporters of RED DEVIL booed when DALO S.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zernin Alcega didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ali Cafer Konuralp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zernin Alcega, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 93 minutes into the match, Tomás Romo notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of DALO S.C.'s Cotera Monar. Cotera Monar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the final whistle sounded DALO S.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than RED DEVIL.
