After 22 minutes Pogoń Stawiszyn's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cavad Lider who took care of the corner kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cavad Lider in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilbert Podolski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kazimierz Dylla took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski. Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kazimierz Dylla in the 27th minute. Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryszard Pilipiec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Gilbert Podolski managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when Husaria Tarnów's Cavad Lider fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cavad Lider during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pogoń Stawiszyn's Gilbert Podolski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cavad Lider in the 59th minute of play. Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kazimierz Dylla in the 62nd minute of the match. When Husaria Tarnów's Cavad Lider in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Barnaba Wolicki kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mark Bloom in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilbert Podolski saved Pogoń Stawiszyn from getting behind. Pogoń Stawiszyn were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after Husaria Tarnów's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Radoslaw Trojanowski took the corner. Kazimierz Dylla's late challenge caught a Husaria Tarnów's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kazimierz Dylla helped the player get up and apologised. After 83 played minutes Pogoń Stawiszyn got a freekick which was hit by Kazimierz Dylla. In the 87th minute, Mark Bloom got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Norbert Bakes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Husaria Tarnów's supporters rose to their feet, but Norbert Bakes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gilbert Podolski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Mark Bloom's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gilbert Podolski was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Gilbert Podolski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mark Bloom's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. When the final whistle sounded Husaria Tarnów left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Pogoń Stawiszyn.
