After 15th play minutes Dudu Freitas shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski and just under the crossbar into goal. Husaria Tarnów's Miroslaw Mondrowski pulled a muscle in his leg after 22 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Ziemowit Smolarek fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LKS Wasik Lidzbark's protests and gave Ziemowit Smolarek a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Husaria Tarnów booed when LKS Wasik Lidzbark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ziemowit Smolarek didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th match minute, LKS Wasik Lidzbark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ziemowit Smolarek to maneuver through the defense. Pankracy Rasiak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ziemowit Smolarek got free with Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cavad Lider took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filip Topolski. Filip Topolski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. With his leg Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when LKS Wasik Lidzbark's Dudu Freitas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Husaria Tarnów's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pankracy Rasiak was slow to take the kick. During this time LKS Wasik Lidzbark's players had a chance to rest. The corner led LKS Wasik Lidzbark's Emil Jazowski to fire away a dangerous shot which Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pankracy Rasiak, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Husaria Tarnów's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Pankracy Rasiak scored to the left of an out of position Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski, making the score, 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cavad Lider in the 45th minute of play forced LKS Wasik Lidzbark's goalkeeper Filip Topolski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dudu Freitas to strike the kick off in the second half. Husaria Tarnów's Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pankracy Rasiak in the 54th minute of play. Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pankracy Rasiak, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 60th minute Pankracy Rasiak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Dudu Freitas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski. Husaria Tarnów's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dudu Freitas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! 90 minutes into the game, LKS Wasik Lidzbark's Marian Duszenski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-2. If Florian Obarenes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Husaria Tarnów defense, Pankracy Rasiak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski. The Husaria Tarnów fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. LKS Wasik Lidzbark had won after a very even match.
