In the 12th minute of the match, Roland Laureys tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ryszard Chludzinski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 16th minute Willy Gunckel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arkadiusz Smolarek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute Dimo Toresano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ryszard Chludzinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roland Laureys recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 26th minute Jacek Fujara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arkadiusz Smolarek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pankracy Kociniewski hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Ryszard Chludzinski made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Osvaldinho Lewandowski sent off a good shot on target. 31 minutes into the match, Osvaldinho Lewandowski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ryszard Chludzinski, 1-0. Osvaldinho Lewandowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roland Laureys received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ryszard Chludzinski came out and tried to block the shot, but Roland Laureys slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 40th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Willy Gunckel to strike the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, AC KaM Kutno's goal looked a bit too open when Dimo Toresano came free, but Ryszard Chludzinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 58th play minutes Dimo Toresano shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Ryszard Chludzinski and just under the crossbar into goal. Ryszard Chludzinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roland Laureys in the 60th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Osvaldinho Lewandowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Katowice i Kluczbork's supporters rose to their feet, but Osvaldinho Lewandowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ryszard Chludzinski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Katowice i Kluczbork's Artur Zajonc was substituted for Julian Jaszcz. AC KaM Kutno's Armin Cirigliano was substituted for Cezary Teofila. After 73 minutes of play, Katowice i Kluczbork's Roland Laureys made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ryszard Chludzinski was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Laureys in the 76th minute of play forced AC KaM Kutno's goalkeeper Ryszard Chludzinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osvaldinho Lewandowski in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ryszard Chludzinski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 80th minute, Jan Piesciuk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Katowice i Kluczbork's Ryszard Murdza was substituted for Dimo Toresano. After 81 played minutes AC KaM Kutno got a freekick which was hit by Jan Piesciuk. In the 85thth minute of the game Adelino Bastos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC KaM Kutno's Ryszard Chludzinski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 86th minute, Osvaldinho Lewandowski made a precise shot to the right of Ryszard Chludzinski. AC KaM Kutno's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Adelino Bastos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ryszard Chludzinski having to make a save. Ryszard Murdza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Katowice i Kluczbork's Adelino Bastos in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AC KaM Kutno's goalie prevented a goal. Ryszard Chludzinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryszard Murdza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
