A hard shot 4 in the game by Olgierd Tscherner from a close distance when the talented Arkadiusz Smolarek managed to make a qualified save. Katowice i Kluczbork's players were relieved. 7 minutes into the match, Katowice i Kluczbork's goal looked a bit too open when Patryk Bartoszek came free, but Arkadiusz Smolarek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Adelino Bastos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Katowice i Kluczbork's supporters rose to their feet, but Adelino Bastos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zachariasz Weyna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zachariasz Weyna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adelino Bastos in the 10th minute of play. If Florin Acevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victorino Ado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arkadiusz Smolarek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Adelino Bastos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Zachariasz Weyna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Katowice i Kluczbork's zone, Olgierd Tscherner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arkadiusz Smolarek came out of the goal and Olgierd Tscherner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victorino Ado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arkadiusz Smolarek having to interfere. Arkadiusz Smolarek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorino Ado in the 35th minute of the match. When Olgierd Tscherner came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Wertian S Salvinorins fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olgierd Tscherner couldn't finish the play. Arkadiusz Smolarek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorino Ado, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The audience was convinced that Victorino Ado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arkadiusz Smolarek was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Wertian S Salvinorins's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Zachary Ruszczyk in the 48th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roland Laureys was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Roland Laureys got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zachariasz Weyna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roland Laureys in the 55th minute of play. Victorino Ado struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Arkadiusz Smolarek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wertian S Salvinorins. Olgierd Tscherner might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arkadiusz Smolarek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Olgierd Tscherner ran back to his position shaking his head. 62 minutes had been played when some careless play by Wertian S Salvinorins's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Julian Jaszcz was slow to take the kick. During this time Katowice i Kluczbork's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Wertian S Salvinorins's goalie and right to Roland Laureys. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Wertian S Salvinorins's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Katowice i Kluczbork made a substitution. Artur Zajonc replaced Julian Jaszcz. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patryk Bartoszek in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arkadiusz Smolarek saved Katowice i Kluczbork from getting behind. When Adelino Bastos came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Katowice i Kluczbork fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adelino Bastos couldn't finish the play. Gianluca Mancini hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Wertian S Salvinorins's Zachariasz Weyna got control of the ball when Adelino Bastos tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorino Ado in the 77th minute of play forced Katowice i Kluczbork's goalkeeper Arkadiusz Smolarek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 86 played minutes Wertian S Salvinorins got a freekick which was hit by Gianluca Mancini. Arkadiusz Smolarek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorino Ado, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Gwidon Niedbalski took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zachariasz Weyna. Zachariasz Weyna dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Wertian S Salvinorins's Zachariasz Weyna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Wertian S Salvinorins from getting a goal against them. After 96 played minutes Wertian S Salvinorins got a freekick which was hit by Byron Blake. When Edson de Lima came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Katowice i Kluczbork fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edson de Lima couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Wertian S Salvinorins lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
