Arkadiusz Smolarek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jozef Goegebeur in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th minute Roland Laureys shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leszek Huchro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arkadiusz Smolarek came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by BESTIA GDAŃSK's Szymon Maziarski. But to his dismay, Szymon Maziarski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 18thth minute of the game Szymon Maziarski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Katowice i Kluczbork's Arkadiusz Smolarek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 19th minute of the match BESTIA GDAŃSK got a corner. Katowice i Kluczbork's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jozef Goegebeur ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Patricio Otoniel got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arkadiusz Smolarek quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Katowice i Kluczbork were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after BESTIA GDAŃSK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Julian Jaszcz took the corner. Arkadiusz Smolarek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albert Remus, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 29th minute of the match, Julian Jaszcz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Leszek Huchro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Szymon Maziarski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Arkadiusz Smolarek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute Jozef Goegebeur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arkadiusz Smolarek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of BESTIA GDAŃSK booed when Katowice i Kluczbork was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artur Kasprzak didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albert Remus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 50 minutes, Ziemowit Lichorobiec mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Katowice i Kluczbork and the BESTIA GDAŃSK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ziemowit Lichorobiec hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. BESTIA GDAŃSK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jozef Goegebeur in the 52nd minute. The corner ended in Jozef Goegebeur almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Katowice i Kluczbork's Arkadiusz Smolarek did a great save. Katowice i Kluczbork's Arkadiusz Smolarek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Katowice i Kluczbork from getting a goal against them. Julian Jaszcz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. BESTIA GDAŃSK's Leszek Huchro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adelino Bastos in the 60th minute of play. If Adelino Bastos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Katowice i Kluczbork's Artur Zajonc was substituted for Julian Jaszcz. Szymon Maziarski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Arkadiusz Smolarek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Katowice i Kluczbork's Bogdan Gabis was substituted for Adelino Bastos. Patricio Otoniel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Arkadiusz Smolarek made a huge save. Leszek Huchro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roland Laureys, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After 83 played minutes Katowice i Kluczbork got a freekick which was hit by Dimo Toresano. Bartosz Gad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arkadiusz Smolarek having to interfere. Arkadiusz Smolarek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Szymon Maziarski in the 88th minute. Arkadiusz Smolarek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albert Remus in the 89th minute. Leszek Huchro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogdan Gabis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the game, Bogdan Gabis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Leszek Huchro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Bogdan Gabis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Katowice i Kluczbork fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. BESTIA GDAŃSK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
