An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvin Viru in the 14th minute of play forced JK Päntajalad's goalkeeper Margus Edesi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ioan Felix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Alvin Viru's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Margus Edesi was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alvin Viru to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Goodfellas's Alvin Viru slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Margus Edesi. That made the score 1-3 after 55 minutes of play. FC Goodfellas's Alvin Viru got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Goodfellas made a substitution. Margus Edesi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hubert Pentjärv in the 86th minute of play. Margus Edesi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hubert Pentjärv, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Hubert Pentjärv scored 1-5 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Margus Edesi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hubert Lipp in the 92nd minute of play forced FC Goodfellas's goalkeeper Zé Galvão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Margus Edesi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hubert Pentjärv went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Goodfellas eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
