After 11 played minutes Rymu got a freekick which was hit by Evald Virves. Helari Hunt made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Urmet Eenmaa sent off a good shot on target. Vormsi Vald's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Villem Ärsis in the 13th minute. Evaristo Truylos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jiang Mo Wen in the 17th minute of play. After 25 played minutes Vormsi Vald got a freekick which was hit by Lucjan Rakowski. Rymu's Ennu Vainola got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Evaristo Truylos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kong Lin Yu in the 30th minute of play. In the 35thth minute of the game Jiang Mo Wen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vormsi Vald's Evaristo Truylos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 37thth minute of the game Villem Ärsis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rymu's Helari Hunt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 39 minutes of play, Rymu's Kong Lin Yu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evaristo Truylos was left in no man's land by his defense there! 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vormsi Vald's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ennu Vainola was slow to take the kick. During this time Rymu's players had a chance to rest. Rymu's Ennu Vainola was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Evaristo Truylos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Urmet Eenmaa to strike the kick off in the second half. If Ennu Vainola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucjan Rakowski in the 76th minute of play forced Rymu's goalkeeper Helari Hunt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A nice corner shot did that Carolo Ponce got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Helari Hunt quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urmet Eenmaa in the 84th minute of play forced Rymu's goalkeeper Helari Hunt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, Vahur Muruaas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vormsi Vald made a substitution. Toomas Lasso replaced Urmet Eenmaa. The supporters of Rymu booed when Vormsi Vald was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vahur Muruaas didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Vormsi Vald lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
