Sufi Hanönü didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ahmet Orhan Özberk went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. When Joseph Yobo fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ErbaA KartaLı's protests and gave Joseph Yobo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, ErbaA KartaLı's Joseph Yobo got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute 顾榕珂 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sufi Hanönü saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 顾榕珂 to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes ErbaA KartaLı got a freekick which was hit by Abdullatif Zafer. Nino Schurter scored 4-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sufi Hanönü, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Juš Düren made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Hamdullah Kaplan sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 顾榕珂 in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sufi Hanönü prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sufi Hanönü made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nino Schurter in the 63rd minute of play. Egbert Brons hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 顾榕珂 took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sufi Hanönü. Sufi Hanönü dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Ahmet Orhan Özberk's late challenge caught a ErbaA KartaLı's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ahmet Orhan Özberk helped the player get up and apologised.
