An unexpectedly hard shot by Steve Hyuga in the 4th minute of play forced Xeneizes's goalkeeper Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paolo Pereyra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qi Xun in the 10th minute of play. Paolo Pereyra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qi Xun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Everardo Bidun made a great header on Xeneizes's corner, it was just that ManagerZone Academy's Paolo Pereyra managed to reach the ball for a save. Qi Xun scored 0-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paolo Pereyra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Paolo Pereyra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Qi Xun in the 23rd minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, ManagerZone Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Qi Xun came free, but Paolo Pereyra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute of the match Xeneizes got a corner. ManagerZone Academy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Everardo Bidun ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 29 played minutes Xeneizes got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Tiso. The referee felt a red card was in order, 32 minutes into the game, when Federico Di Tullio put in a rough tackle. Xeneizes:s Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo showed great skill when he stopped Evaristo Vasco:s penalty. In the 34th minute, Evaristo Vasco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ManagerZone Academy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Qi Xun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paolo Pereyra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 51st minute Gabino Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La 李宁 made in the 52nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Leon Messi however managed to control. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amancio Ricart, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 56 minutes into the match, ManagerZone Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Qi Xun came free, but Paolo Pereyra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Xeneizes getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Aristides Nastasio hit a great ball. Paolo Pereyra was a little too slow when Qi Xun got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 1-2. In the 67th minute Steve Hyuga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paolo Pereyra came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Xeneizes's Fulgencio Peru. But to his dismay, Fulgencio Peru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3.
