With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anfilogino Tolin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Soroca F.C.'s Dan Wennerqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Soroca F.C. from getting a goal against them. 10 minutes into the match, Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Evaristo Cordareo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dan Wennerqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 11 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Evaristo Cordareo came free, but Dan Wennerqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anfilogino Tolin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernan Lano, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Aerolineas Argentinas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Lano came free, but Anfilogino Tolin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute, Gustavo Tartalo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anfilogino Tolin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrián Espadas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Anfilogino Tolin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrián Espadas in the 35th minute of play. Sebastián Erasto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zézinho Neiva during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Zézinho Neiva hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Evaristo Cordareo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Dan Wennerqvist made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Daryl Lutz was substituted for Sebastián Erasto. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adrián Espadas made a kick off. 56 minutes into the game, Adrián Espadas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Anfilogino Tolin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Patricio Frutos got a free kick in the 60th minute. Soroca F.C.'s Romulo Thomas was substituted for Gustavo Tartalo. After 61 played minutes Aerolineas Argentinas FC got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Frutos. Răzvan Necula blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anfilogino Tolin having to make a save. Anfilogino Tolin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Răzvan Necula in the 63rd minute of play. Dan Wennerqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Cordareo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute Evaristo Cordareo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dan Wennerqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Soroca F.C. defense, Evaristo Cordareo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dan Wennerqvist. The Soroca F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dan Wennerqvist should have stopped the shot. Soroca F.C. made a substitution. Rodolfo Atarrabi replaced Hernan Lano. 80 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Lázaro Ledesma came free, but Dan Wennerqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dan Wennerqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evaristo Cordareo in the 86th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the game, Max Josef Justice was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Soroca F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aerolineas Argentinas FC the free kick. After 89 played minutes Soroca F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Zonta. Dan Wennerqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Ledesma, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Gong Yu Le hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute, Evaristo Cordareo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aerolineas Argentinas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Aerolineas Argentinas FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Soroca F.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
