Mehat Kovaçis short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Orlando Rivera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Arnoud de Pelsmakere came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Todos al Fondo's Justino Gotzon. But to his dismay, Justino Gotzon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 34th minute, Alex Sandóval hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Mehat Kovaçi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orlando Rivera was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Justino Gotzon struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Arnoud de Pelsmakere didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Todos al Fondo. Horia Păuceanu made in the 40th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Karel Šnajdr immediately put the ball in play. The Cougars FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Todos al Fondo were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Justino Gotzon was the one to do the kick off. Todos al Fondo made a substitution. Maurito Boselli replaced Pascual Eliazar. Todos al Fondo's Junior Lamela was substituted for Jacobo Fidele. A throw-in in the 72nd minute of the game was made by Horia Păuceanu with Steffen Gimlinge as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 76 minutes into the match, Cougars FC's goalkeeper Arnoud de Pelsmakere had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maurito Boselli. 78 minutes into the game, Steffen Gimlinge cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Orlando Rivera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Nesto in the 84th minute of play forced Todos al Fondo's goalkeeper Orlando Rivera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
