After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gerardo Nesto to make the kick off. Maciej Chmelyk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Arnoud de Pelsmakere made a huge save. After 53 minutes ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Karel Šnajdr who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Karel Šnajdr got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pedro Muro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Pedro Muro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustaquio Mede, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Elazar Quiero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽ made a substitution. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnaldo Aravena got free with Arnoud de Pelsmakere in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Cougars FC were victorious despite being under pressure from ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽ for much of the match.
