Peter Blomkvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Omar Abadia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peter Blomkvist ran back to his position shaking his head. 5 minutes into the match, Barbudos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Blomkvist came free, but Omar Abadia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Franco Beccari came free with the goalkeeper in the 9th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nicasio Abad could save by the left post. Franco Beccari's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nicasio Abad firmly grabbed it by the left post. 10 minutes into the match, Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goal looked a bit too open when Delmiro Ferrer came free, but Nicasio Abad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barbudos FC were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Severino Rojas took the corner. With a little luck, Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s Nicasio Abad got control of the ball when Delmiro Ferrer tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmiro Ferrer in the 29th minute of play forced Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goalkeeper Nicasio Abad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Omar Abadia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blas Frances in the 30th minute of the match. Peter Blomkvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Omar Abadia having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Barbudos FC's Isidro Oliviero got a free kick in the 34th minute. Peter Blomkvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Omar Abadia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peter Blomkvist ran back to his position shaking his head. Omar Abadia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Blomkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute Delmiro Ferrer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicasio Abad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 40 minutes of play, Barbudos FC's Delmiro Ferrer made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicasio Abad was left in no man's land by his defense there! Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Delmiro Ferrer made the kick off in the second half. Omar Abadia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cai Wei Xi in the 60th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 61 minutes, Omar Abadia successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cai Wei Xi in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Omar Abadia saved Barbudos FC from getting behind. Isidro Oliviero hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Barbudos FC's Yin Qian Han was substituted for Delmiro Ferrer. After 66 played minutes Barbudos FC got a freekick which was hit by Isidro Oliviero. Barbudos FC's Omar Abadia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cai Wei Xi in the 67th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Franco Beccari's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicasio Abad was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Isidro Oliviero hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Nicasio Abad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yin Qian Han, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute.
