The supporters of Cervezanegra A.C. booed when Deportivo ScrugenFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Junior Busquets didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cervezanegra A.C.'s Celedonio Lando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zoil Pequeño in the 11th minute of play. Everardo Sotero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute Everardo Sotero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Boldu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Zoil Pequeño ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celedonio Lando was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 21 played minutes Cervezanegra A.C. got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Cordario. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zoil Pequeño in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celedonio Lando prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fabricio Cordario made in the 29th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Eriberto Resto immediately put the ball in play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Everardo Sotero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Zoil Pequeño came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Deportivo ScrugenFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zoil Pequeño couldn't finish the play. Zoil Pequeños short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Celedonio Lando to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Zoil Pequeño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Celedonio Lando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zoil Pequeño recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zoil Pequeño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 66th minute, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Zoil Pequeño ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Celedonio Lando. Celedonio Lando yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Leobardo Padierna was substituted for Zoil Pequeño. In the 74th minute Everardo Sotero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Boldu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jaime Maurino kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Celedonio Lando made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leobardo Padierna in the 79th minute.
