Andy Cole started the match with the kick off. Milen Kúlvachev hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bruno Fonso got free with Egun Pais in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Egun Pais made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bruno Fonso in the 6th minute. 10 minutes into the game, Floresta Negra FC's Andy Cole nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mero Portero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 21 minutes into the match, Milen Kúlvachev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mero Portero. Club Ibiza's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Milen Kúlvachev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Bruno Fonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Floresta Negra FC's Egun Pais played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Fonso in the 23rd minute of play. Club Ibiza's attentive Tomás Orlanda managed to snatch the ball when Clemente Moura made a throw-in in the 25th minute of the game. Bruno Fonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 30th minute Bruno Fonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egun Pais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Floresta Negra FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Clemente Moura hit a great ball. 33 minutes into the match, Bruno Fonso notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Floresta Negra FC's Egun Pais. Egun Pais was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Club Ibiza's attentive Tomás Orlanda managed to snatch the ball when Clemente Moura made a throw-in in the 36th minute of the game. Tomás Orlanda hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After having played for 48 minutes, Bruno Fonso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Ibiza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Fonso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bruno Fonso to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Ibiza's goalkeeper Mero Portero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 53rd minute, Andy Cole ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mero Portero was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. In the 56thth minute of the game Bruno Fonso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Floresta Negra FC's Egun Pais was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 58th minute, Hector Bazkoare hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Club Ibiza made a substitution. Alberto Usuriaga replaced Cacey 武磊. After a rather tough play, Floresta Negra FC's Hector Bazkoare got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 61st minute Bruno Fonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egun Pais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mero Portero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andy Cole, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Usuriaga in the 66th minute of play forced Floresta Negra FC's goalkeeper Egun Pais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute, Andy Cole left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Floresta Negra FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. Floresta Negra FC's Harris Zoolingen was substituted for Milen Kúlvachev. Club Ibiza made a substitution. Kazuo Koriotto replaced Bruno Fonso. Floresta Negra FC made a substitution. Jardel Lewandowski replaced Andy Cole. Club Ibiza made a substitution. Jaime Xavier replaced Ştefan Vornicescu. 78 minutes into the match, Floresta Negra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kazuo Koriotto came free, but Egun Pais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Club Ibiza's Kazuo Koriotto managed to work through Floresta Negra FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Kazuo Koriotto dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Jardel Lewandowski took a quick shot and it went in 2-5 without a chance for Mero Portero to make any attempt to save it. In the 83rd minute Alberto Usuriaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egun Pais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 85 minutes Floresta Negra FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mariano Ireno who took care of the corner kick. Clemente Moura tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Egun Pais. An unnecessary self made goal, 3-5 in the 85th minute. Club Ibiza's Mero Portero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Club Ibiza from getting a goal against them. Floresta Negra FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
