After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Andy Cole managed to get in a good position for a shot. Floresta Negra FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Andy Cole was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilhelm Galle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonny Lagerberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Egun Pais read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Wilhelm Galle made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Andy Cole sent off a good shot on target. After 16 played minutes Kind of Blue got a freekick which was hit by Tonhão Rodrigues. In the 17th match minute, Kind of Blue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tonhão Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Floresta Negra FC defense, Sebastian Käller kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Egun Pais. The Floresta Negra FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Egun Pais should have stopped the shot. Andy Cole might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilhelm Galle. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andy Cole ran back to his position shaking his head. Wilhelm Galle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andy Cole in the 25th minute. If Lokon Pøhl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Käller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Egun Pais read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Anastasios Pallini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sebastian Käller blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Egun Pais having to make a save. Egun Pais took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Käller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Floresta Negra FC's Milen Kúlvachev got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andy Cole to make the kick off. In the 51st minute of the match, Zhuo Ke Le got a very nice opportunity to score, but Egun Pais was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Sebastian Käller blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Egun Pais having to make a save. In the 53rd minute Sebastian Käller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egun Pais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastian Käller in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Egun Pais prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 63rdth minute of the game Sebastian Käller who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Floresta Negra FC's Egun Pais was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tonhão Rodrigues kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Floresta Negra FC's Filcho Dzhagarov was substituted for Guto Gamarra. Floresta Negra FC's Jardel Lewandowski was substituted for Andy Cole. After a rather tough play, Kind of Blue's Tonhão Rodrigues got a free kick in the 65th minute. Kind of Blue's Ardahan Erginer managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lokon Pøhl in the 67 minute of the game. With a little luck, Floresta Negra FC's Egun Pais got control of the ball when Sebastian Käller tried to sneak it across the goal line. Egun Pais made an important save on a dangerous shot by Östen Högman in the 73rd minute. In the 73rd minute, Kind of Blue's Östen Högman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Egun Pais. Egun Pais yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Kind of Blue made a substitution. Horea Boian replaced Anastasios Pallini. Hector Bazkoare hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Wilhelm Galle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Bazkoare in the 84th minute of play. After having played for 85 minutes, Sebastian Käller managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kind of Blue's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Käller was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 91stth minute of the game Jardel Lewandowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kind of Blue's Wilhelm Galle was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wilhelm Galle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jardel Lewandowski in the 93rd minute of the match. Kind of Blue played a much better game than Floresta Negra FC and deserved their victory. The Floresta Negra FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
