The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute Arlindo Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Válter Rosado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Válter Rosado was a little too slow when Isidoro Felipillo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 18th minute Isidoro Felipillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Válter Rosado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Paraná Clube Brasil's Giovani Batista dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Paraná Clube Brasil's Isidoro Felipillo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Válter Rosado. That made the score 4-0 after 23 minutes of play. Válter Rosado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arlindo Silveira in the 29th minute of the match. Adelino Faria hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Samuca Cearense's late challenge caught a Paraná Clube Brasil's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Samuca Cearense helped the player get up and apologised. In the 35th match minute, SUPERSTAR - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuca Cearense to maneuver through the defense. Válter Rosado was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Giovani Batista showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 6-0 in the 42 minute of play. In the 47th minute, Walmir Martini made a precise shot to the right of Válter Rosado. SUPERSTAR - DMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Afonsinho Monteiro to make the kick off. SUPERSTAR - DMZ's Adelino Faria quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Serginho Munhoz, made in the 53rd minute of the game. After some careless play in the SUPERSTAR - DMZ defense, Giovani Batista kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Válter Rosado. The SUPERSTAR - DMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Válter Rosado should have stopped the shot. Arlindo Silveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Válter Rosado came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Paraná Clube Brasil's Isidoro Felipillo. But to his dismay, Isidoro Felipillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. In the 76th minute, Giovani Batista made a precise shot to the right of Válter Rosado. SUPERSTAR - DMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 12-0. Giovani Batista scored 13-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Válter Rosado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 83rd match minute, SUPERSTAR - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adriano Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. When Afonsinho Monteiro fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SUPERSTAR - DMZ's protests and gave Afonsinho Monteiro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 85th minute, Afonsinho Monteiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Válter Rosado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Felipillo in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Giovani Batista made a precise shot to the right of Válter Rosado. SUPERSTAR - DMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 14-0. Válter Rosado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giovani Batista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
