After a rather tough play, SUPERSTAR - DMZ's Válter Rosado got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute of the match Duarte Seco shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adriano Sergipano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 9 minutes, Tião Donatello managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flinston FC - DMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tião Donatello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rogerio Fontarigo made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Mário Medeiros sent off a good shot on target. Adelino Faria kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After some careless play in the SUPERSTAR - DMZ defense, Duarte Seco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adriano Sergipano. The SUPERSTAR - DMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adriano Sergipano should have stopped the shot. A collision led to SUPERSTAR - DMZ getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Samuca Cearense hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Flinston FC - DMZ's zone, Augusto Senna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rogerio Fontarigo came out of the goal and Augusto Senna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 30th minute, Tomas Herruz made a precise shot to the right of Adriano Sergipano. SUPERSTAR - DMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Váldson Netto took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adriano Sergipano. Adriano Sergipano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Adriano Sergipano came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Flinston FC - DMZ's Tomas Herruz. But to his dismay, Tomas Herruz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Adriano Sergipano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Herruz went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. The SUPERSTAR - DMZ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Flinston FC - DMZ were winning 0-5.

53 minutes into the game, Renan Varela was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SUPERSTAR - DMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Flinston FC - DMZ the free kick. In the 53rd match minute, SUPERSTAR - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renan Varela to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Herruz in the 62nd minute of play forced SUPERSTAR - DMZ's goalkeeper Adriano Sergipano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Custódio kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Tomas Herruz hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. When Adelino Faria came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the SUPERSTAR - DMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adelino Faria couldn't finish the play. In the 71st minute, Edgar Guerra made a precise shot to the right of Rogerio Fontarigo. Flinston FC - DMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. Tomas Herruz scored 1-6 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adriano Sergipano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, SUPERSTAR - DMZ's Adriano Sergipano got control of the ball when Tomas Herruz tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Flinston FC - DMZ's Ariel Florin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Adriano Sergipano. That made the score 1-7 after 86 minutes of play. Adriano Sergipano didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 94th minute, which inside left pole to 1-8. Adriano Sergipano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Herruz in the 97th minute of the match. Flinston FC - DMZ's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
