The audience thought a goal was coming when Gugu Mandrak got free with Álvaro Bittencourt in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 6 minutes into the match, Ryszard Nowak notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of SUPERSTAR - DMZ's Álvaro Bittencourt. Álvaro Bittencourt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 8 minutes into the game, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Gugu Mandrak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Álvaro Bittencourt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Álvaro Bittencourt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Carlos Vaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Álvaro Bittencourt was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Andrey Kovtun capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Andrey Kovtun really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. In the 17th minute Zé Carlos Vaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Álvaro Bittencourt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Álvaro Bittencourt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gugu Mandrak in the 19th minute of the match. Álvaro Bittencourt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrey Kovtun, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Álvaro Bittencourt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Zé Carlos Vaz took a quick shot and it went in 7-0 without a chance for Álvaro Bittencourt to make any attempt to save it. Álvaro Bittencourt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gugu Mandrak in the 41st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Ryszard Nowak took a quick shot and it went in 9-0 without a chance for Álvaro Bittencourt to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 9-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gugu Mandrak made a kick off. In the 51st minute Gugu Mandrak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Álvaro Bittencourt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ryszard Nowak took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Álvaro Bittencourt. Álvaro Bittencourt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. A collision led to SUPERSTAR - DMZ getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Mário Medeiros hit a great ball. Álvaro Bittencourt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Carlos Vaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jerônimo Moreira took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Álvaro Bittencourt. Álvaro Bittencourt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. After some careless play in the SUPERSTAR - DMZ defense, Zé Carlos Vaz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Álvaro Bittencourt. The SUPERSTAR - DMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Álvaro Bittencourt should have stopped the shot. In the 66th minute, Zé Carlos Vaz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Álvaro Bittencourt was frozen by the shot and now it was 13-0. After some careless play in the SUPERSTAR - DMZ defense, Zé Carlos Vaz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Álvaro Bittencourt. The SUPERSTAR - DMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Álvaro Bittencourt should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrey Kovtun in the 72nd minute of play forced SUPERSTAR - DMZ's goalkeeper Álvaro Bittencourt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute Zé Carlos Vaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Álvaro Bittencourt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 17-0. 86 minutes into the match, Zé Carlos Vaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Álvaro Bittencourt. SUPERSTAR - DMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zé Carlos Vaz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 18-0. In the 91st minute, Zé Carlos Vaz made a precise shot to the right of Álvaro Bittencourt. SUPERSTAR - DMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 19-0. Álvaro Bittencourt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrey Kovtun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
