Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Teodoro Souza got the match started through his kick off. Liu Xiang Zhen kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Pero Šiljak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renan Varela having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Tarcisio Galvão made a precise shot to the right of Renan Varela. SUPERSTAR - DMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Renan Varela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardinho Maia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, Julio Baptista notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of SUPERSTAR - DMZ's Renan Varela. Renan Varela was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 22 minutes of play, JEC - FC's Pero Šiljak made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Renan Varela was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardinho Maia in the 25th minute of play forced SUPERSTAR - DMZ's goalkeeper Renan Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, SUPERSTAR - DMZ's Teodoro Souza ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Carlos Ramos. Carlos Ramos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Renan Varela didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pero Šiljak went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. A collision led to JEC - FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Liu Xiang Zhen hit a great ball. In the 38th minute of the match Teodoro Souza shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carlos Ramos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 40 minutes into the match, SUPERSTAR - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Tarcisio Galvão came free, but Renan Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Renan Varela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardinho Maia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Augusto Senna hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Pero Šiljak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half JEC - FC were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pero Šiljak to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, JEC - FC's Julio Baptista got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 54th match minute, SUPERSTAR - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuca Cearense to maneuver through the defense. Liu Xiang Zhen struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Renan Varela didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JEC - FC. After some careless play in the SUPERSTAR - DMZ defense, Ricardinho Maia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Renan Varela. The SUPERSTAR - DMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Renan Varela should have stopped the shot. Liu Xiang Zhen hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After 64th play minutes Pero Šiljak shot 1-7, a short shot which went by Renan Varela and just under the crossbar into goal. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Ricardinho Maia took a quick shot and it went in 1-8 without a chance for Renan Varela to make any attempt to save it. In the 72nd minute, Liu Xiang Zhen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The JEC - FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-9. When Mário Medeiros fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SUPERSTAR - DMZ's protests and gave Mário Medeiros a yellow card for diving instead. 76 minutes into the game, one of SUPERSTAR - DMZ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 77 minutes, JEC - FC's Julio Baptista got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Renan Varela. Renan Varela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ricardinho Maia in the 80th minute. In the 83rd minute, Ricardinho Maia made a precise shot to the right of Renan Varela. SUPERSTAR - DMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-11. When Ricardinho Maia came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the JEC - FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ricardinho Maia couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ricardinho Maia in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Renan Varela saved SUPERSTAR - DMZ from getting behind. The supporters of JEC - FC booed when SUPERSTAR - DMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pero Šiljak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over JEC - FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SUPERSTAR - DMZ throughout the match.
