An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Cosme in the 6th minute of play forced Breguete FC's goalkeeper Jailson Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute Capivara were awarded a corner. Leandro Cosme went to the cornerflag to take it. Leandro Cosme took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jailson Soares. Jailson Soares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Arthur Brodel kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Breguete FC's Jailson Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Cosme in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute Flavinho Mello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 狄雄鸿 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Tadeu Queiroz fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Capivara's protests and gave Tadeu Queiroz a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Capivara getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Tadeu Queiroz hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Capivara's Leandro Cosme sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jailson Soares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 狄雄鸿 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugênio de Carvalho in the 33rd minute. Leandro Cosme might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jailson Soares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leandro Cosme ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 34th minute Leandro Cosme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jailson Soares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leandro Cosme in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jailson Soares saved Breguete FC from getting behind. 狄雄鸿 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radu Bulă in the 39th minute of play. In the 44th match minute, Capivara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur Brodel to maneuver through the defense. 狄雄鸿 acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 45th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Allan Barral. 狄雄鸿 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavinho Mello, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. 49 minutes had been played when some careless play by Capivara's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Allan Barral was slow to take the kick. During this time Breguete FC's players had a chance to rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Flavinho Mello to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Capivara's Otávio Dante got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 狄雄鸿 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavinho Mello in the 54th minute of play. The supporters of Breguete FC booed when Capivara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Cosme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leandro Cosme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leandro Cosme got in the 65th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Jailson Soares handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. The supporters of Capivara booed when Breguete FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hortêncio Cardozo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leandro Cosme scored 0-2 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jailson Soares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leandro Cosme could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Jailson Soares made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leandro Cosme got free with Jailson Soares in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tadeu Queiroz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jailson Soares having to interfere. The supporters of Capivara booed when Breguete FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hortêncio Cardozo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Breguete FC's goalkeeper Jailson Soares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leandro Cosme. Jailson Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Cosme in the 91st minute of play. Hortêncio Cardozo hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The Breguete FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Capivara's performance. The match ended with a win for Capivara.
