After 21 minutes Capivara's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edmílson Arantes who took care of the corner kick. After having played for 28 minutes, Pedro Lucas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Miau Stars's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Lucas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 狄雄鸿 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ronaldo Fenomeno's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. After a rather tough play, Capivara's Zafer Yalçıner got a free kick in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zafer Yalçıner to make the kick off. Capivara's 狄雄鸿 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Fenomeno in the 51st minute of play.
