When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Gedeon Káposztás sped through Breguete FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jailson Soares. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Breguete FC's goalkeeper Jailson Soares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 9th minute Grêmio Papão de WC were awarded a corner. Edson Faria went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Grêmio Papão de WC's corner Edson Faria fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jailson Soares quite easily take care of the ball. When Grêmio Papão de WC's Gedeon Káposztás in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Jailson Soares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gedeon Káposztás in the 27th minute of play forced Breguete FC's goalkeeper Jailson Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute, Allan Barral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 30 minutes into the match, Grêmio Papão de WC's Gedeon Káposztás sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jailson Soares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Gedeon Káposztás received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Jailson Soares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Diguinho Dias charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diguinho Dias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Grêmio Papão de WC booed when Breguete FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diguinho Dias didn't get a good kick on the ball. 58 minutes into the game, Diguinho Dias threw the ball into play from the sideline. Grêmio Papão de WC's Kléber Barral quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The crowd rose to their feet as Grêmio Papão de WC's Gedeon Káposztás slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jailson Soares. That made the score 0-3 after 59 minutes of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 64 minutes into the game, when Joaquim Seco put in a rough tackle. In the 63rd minute, one of Breguete FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Breguete FC. In the 67th minute, Grêmio Papão de WC got a penalty, and Gedeon Káposztás placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. Eugênio de Carvalho charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eugênio de Carvalho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Grêmio Papão de WC booed when Breguete FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugênio de Carvalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Breguete FC's Jailson Soares got control of the ball when José Leme tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gedeon Káposztás fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jailson Soares having to interfere. Gedeon Káposztás really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benê Fernandez during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Benê Fernandez kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Gedeon Káposztás managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grêmio Papão de WC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gedeon Káposztás was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jailson Soares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Breguete FC's Jailson Soares got control of the ball when José Leme tried to sneak it across the goal line. Grêmio Papão de WC played a much better game than Breguete FC and deserved their victory. The Breguete FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
