Red Bull Magnus's players were relieved. 5 minutes into the game, Leo de Carvalho threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Barrera 2.0's Guo Lang Yang quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With a little luck, Red Bull Magnus's Cláudio Bittencourt got control of the ball when Dadá Maravilha tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC Barrera 2.0's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Silvio Maria in the 16th minute. It was a well-played corner which Mao Zhen managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. CJ Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Hefter in the 18th minute of play. CJ Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bass Dost in the 20th minute of the match. Dadá Maravilhas short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Cláudio Bittencourt to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, FC Barrera 2.0's Guo Lang Yang got a free kick in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Hefter in the 26th minute of play forced FC Barrera 2.0's goalkeeper CJ Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute of the match FC Barrera 2.0 got a corner. Red Bull Magnus's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Silvio Maria ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Silvio Maria got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cláudio Bittencourt quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Cláudio Bittencourt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dadá Maravilha, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Cláudio Bittencourt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dadá Maravilha in the 39th minute of play. FC Barrera 2.0 made a substitution. Marco Mendes replaced Matias Gaitan. Red Bull Magnus made a substitution. Paulo Renato Trigo replaced Gerson Cruzado. In the 41st minute of the match FC Barrera 2.0 got a corner. Richard Hefter blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without CJ Buffon having to make a save.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bass Dost to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, FC Barrera 2.0's Dadá Maravilha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cláudio Bittencourt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dadá Maravilha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cláudio Bittencourt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dadá Maravilha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mauro Loureiro made in the 59th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Paulo Renato Trigo however managed to control. If Dadá Maravilha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 62 minutes into the match, Red Bull Magnus's goal looked a bit too open when Dadá Maravilha came free, but Cláudio Bittencourt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cláudio Bittencourt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dadá Maravilha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Barrera 2.0's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
