Fellipe Cardozo charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fellipe Cardozo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 3rd minute, Fellipe Cardozo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 4th minute of the match Victor Ortle sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iuri das Neves skillfully saved the ball. Sid Lampard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Iuri das Neves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victor Ortle in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iuri das Neves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Betinho Moura made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Tomás de Lima sent off a good shot on target. LUIZ PANATO's Iuri das Neves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Ortle in the 14th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peng Peng in the 17th minute of play forced C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s goalkeeper Betinho Moura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iuri das Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sid Lampard in the 18th minute of the match. The supporters of LUIZ PANATO booed when C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Naldo Jacinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. LUIZ PANATO's Iuri das Neves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sid Lampard in the 24th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Peng Peng came free, but Betinho Moura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, LUIZ PANATO's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Ortle came free, but Iuri das Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arlindo de Salles who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Betinho Moura when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 41 minutes into the match, LUIZ PANATO's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Ortle came free, but Iuri das Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Iuri das Neves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sid Lampard, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s Walter Tufan was substituted for Torbjørn Trondsen. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Victor Ortle in the 58th minute. The corner ended in Victor Ortle almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but LUIZ PANATO's Iuri das Neves did a great save. Victor Ortle made a great header on C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s corner, it was just that LUIZ PANATO's Iuri das Neves managed to reach the ball for a save. Iuri das Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Fernando Abraão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 71 minutes, Tony Campidelis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LUIZ PANATO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tony Campidelis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s Vágner Severo was substituted for Victor Ortle. After having played for 77 minutes, Vágner Severo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Vágner Severo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Iuri das Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sid Lampard in the 80th minute of play. It was a well-played corner which Walter Tufan managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. LUIZ PANATO's Iuri das Neves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vágner Severo in the 85th minute of play.
