Lionel 柯景义 made a fantastic save in the 2nd minute, when Emilio Machado sent off a good shot on target. 5 minutes had been played when some careless play by Brasiliense FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joélson Amaral was slow to take the kick. During this time Werneck FC - DMZ's players had a chance to rest. In the 17th minute, Caetano Linares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felix Donciu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhu Xiao Yang in the 21st minute of play. When Caetano Linares fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Werneck FC - DMZ's protests and gave Caetano Linares a yellow card for diving instead. Caetano Linares kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Werneck FC - DMZ's Lionel 柯景义 threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fu Ting Nan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 26 minutes of play, Werneck FC - DMZ's Fu Ting Nan made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lionel 柯景义 was left in no man's land by his defense there! Felix Donciu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afiz Phua in the 30th minute of play. Lionel 柯景义 was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Emilio Machado capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Emilio Machado really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Brasiliense FC's Lionel 柯景义 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Machado in the 42nd minute of play. Lionel 柯景义 came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Werneck FC - DMZ's Emilio Machado. But to his dismay, Emilio Machado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zhu Xiao Yang stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Brasiliense FC's Afiz Phua ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Felix Donciu. Felix Donciu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Pedrão Severo put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Felix Donciu. Werneck FC - DMZ's Laerte Porto was substituted for Basílio Baiano. Werneck FC - DMZ made a substitution. Zé Paulo Luz replaced Emilio Machado. After 70 minutes Werneck FC - DMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Walmyr Falcão who took care of the corner kick. Brasiliense FC's Walmyr Falcão was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Felix Donciu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Afiz Phua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felix Donciu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afiz Phua in the 80th minute of play. Werneck FC - DMZ made a substitution. Luís Coutinho replaced Caetano Linares. 86 minutes into the match, Brasiliense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fu Ting Nan came free, but Lionel 柯景义 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Werneck FC - DMZ were victorious despite being under pressure from Brasiliense FC for much of the match.
