Betinho Moura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardinho Abreu, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Armando Cerezo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Ortle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. S.C.CHUÍ's Bernardinho Abreu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Betinho Moura in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaime Patrício in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Betinho Moura prevented the ball from getting in the gole. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s Betinho Moura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardinho Abreu in the 13th minute of play. In the 16thth minute of the game Bernardinho Abreu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s Betinho Moura was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Bernardinho Abreu notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s Betinho Moura. Betinho Moura was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 21st minute of the match, Sid Lampard got a very nice opportunity to score, but Armando Cerezo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Victor Ortle took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armando Cerezo. Armando Cerezo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 40th minute, Eduardo Magnin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 44 minutes, Radomil Prusinowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. and the S.C.CHUÍ players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Radomil Prusinowski hit a great ball. Victor Ortle in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Armando Cerezo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 47 minutes S.C.CHUÍ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Victor Ortle who took care of the corner kick. A very nice done corner allowed Carlos Fernando Abraão to score against Armando Cerezo in S.C.CHUÍ's goal. 2-1 after 47 minutes. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. made a substitution. Walter Tufan replaced Torbjørn Trondsen. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Victor Ortle was the one to do the kick off. When Joris Scheer fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.C.CHUÍ's protests and gave Joris Scheer a yellow card for diving instead. After 57 played minutes S.C.CHUÍ got a freekick which was hit by Joris Scheer. S.C.CHUÍ's Armando Cerezo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sid Lampard in the 58th minute of play. Joris Scheer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
