The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Minerul Baita -MM-'s Nistor Maghiar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Minerul Baita -MM- from getting a goal against them. Nistor Maghiar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ertan Duman went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Minerul Baita -MM-'s goalkeeper Nistor Maghiar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 31stth minute of the game Dudu Georgescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's Gottfrid Hedström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nistor Maghiar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ertan Duman's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ertan Duman in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nistor Maghiar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Minerul Baita -MM-'s Nistor Maghiar got control of the ball when Fotis Theofilopoulos tried to sneak it across the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's goal looked a bit too open when Niculae Şantău came free, but Gottfrid Hedström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ertan Duman was the one to do the kick off. In the 50th match minute, Minerul Baita -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dudu Georgescu to maneuver through the defense. Ertan Duman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ertan Duman in the 56th minute of play forced Minerul Baita -MM-'s goalkeeper Nistor Maghiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nistor Maghiar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ertan Duman went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's Cao Jun Yan was substituted for Fotis Theofilopoulos. 66 minutes into the match, Minerul Baita -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Ertan Duman came free, but Nistor Maghiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's goalkeeper Gottfrid Hedström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ciprian Alexe. ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after Minerul Baita -MM-'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adrastos Kourempes took the corner. The corner led to ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's Aias Kreskas getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Minerul Baita -MM-'s Felix Ferenț was substituted for Cédric Payen. ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ were awarded a corner in the 91th minute after Minerul Baita -MM-'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adrastos Kourempes took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Adrastos Kourempes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nistor Maghiar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 94thth minute of the game Aias Kreskas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Minerul Baita -MM-'s Nistor Maghiar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
