Ahmet Danış Çiftçi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olgierd Kowalski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 4th minute Olgierd Kowalski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Danış Çiftçi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zbyszko Leper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wieslaw Kolano in the 9th minute of play. Zbyszko Leper made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wieslaw Kolano in the 12th minute. Olgierd Kowalski scored 0-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ahmet Danış Çiftçi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wieslaw Kolano in the 32nd minute of play forced BYDGOSTIA's goalkeeper Zbyszko Leper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of La Git! booed when BYDGOSTIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio-Roman Cannavaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wieslaw Kolano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mariusz Warka charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mariusz Warka the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to BYDGOSTIA getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Mariusz Warka hit a great ball.

The wind increased when Murathan Oğuzbala made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olgierd Kowalski in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahmet Danış Çiftçi saved La Git! from getting behind. After 55 minutes, Wieslaw Kolano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Git! and the BYDGOSTIA players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to La Git! getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Wieslaw Kolano hit a great ball. With a little luck, La Git!'s Ahmet Danış Çiftçi got control of the ball when Olgierd Kowalski tried to sneak it across the goal line. La Git!'s Ahmet Danış Çiftçi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save La Git! from getting a goal against them. Dariusz Smuskiewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vladislav Sarafov made in the 60th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by La Git!'s Wieslaw Kolano. In the 69th minute Olgierd Kowalski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Danış Çiftçi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Murathan Oğuzbala came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the La Git! fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Murathan Oğuzbala couldn't finish the play. In the 72nd minute, Dariusz Smuskiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of La Git! booed when BYDGOSTIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dariusz Smuskiewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. BYDGOSTIA made a substitution. Marcin Prusinowski replaced Mariusz Warka. BYDGOSTIA's Yu Ran Fan was substituted for Dariusz Smuskiewicz. With a little luck, La Git!'s Ahmet Danış Çiftçi got control of the ball when Nicklas Lindström tried to sneak it across the goal line. BYDGOSTIA's Zbyszko Leper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wieslaw Kolano in the 89th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olgierd Kowalski during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 90 played minutes BYDGOSTIA got a freekick which was hit by Olgierd Kowalski. Ahmet Danış Çiftçi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcin Prusinowski in the 94th minute. With his leg Ahmet Danış Çiftçi managed to avoid a goal in the 94thth minute, when BYDGOSTIA's Marcin Prusinowski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Zbyszko Leper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enginsu Oğuztan in the 95th minute of play. With a little luck, La Git!'s Ahmet Danış Çiftçi got control of the ball when Yu Ran Fan tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched BYDGOSTIA eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
