Damiano Battisti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastián Erasto, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evaristo Cordareo got free with Damiano Battisti in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sebastián Erasto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Damiano Battisti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastián Erasto scored 1-0 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Damiano Battisti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Eurospeed Asti's Damiano Battisti got control of the ball when Evaristo Cordareo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Evaristo Cordareos short, quick shot in the 48thth minute got Damiano Battisti to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.

Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Daryl Lutz was substituted for Sebastián Erasto. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fausto Pinti to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grant Irø in the 55th minute of play forced Aerolineas Argentinas FC's goalkeeper Anfilogino Tolin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anfilogino Tolin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Grant Irø in the 55th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Evaristo Cordareo in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damiano Battisti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 61 minutes into the match, Eurospeed Asti's goal looked a bit too open when Evaristo Cordareo came free, but Damiano Battisti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute Evaristo Cordareo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damiano Battisti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Eurospeed Asti defense, Evaristo Cordareo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Damiano Battisti. The Eurospeed Asti fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damiano Battisti should have stopped the shot. Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Lázaro Ledesma was substituted for Huang Lin Fan. 71 minutes into the game, Amlawdd Clifford was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Eurospeed Asti's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aerolineas Argentinas FC the free kick. Amlawdd Clifford hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After 73 played minutes Eurospeed Asti got a freekick which was hit by Amlawdd Clifford. 74 minutes into the match, Marcos Loi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damiano Battisti. Eurospeed Asti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcos Loi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Anfilogino Tolin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Aerolineas Argentinas FC from getting a goal against them. Damiano Battisti didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcos Loi went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 88th minute Evaristo Cordareo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damiano Battisti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Marcos Loi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 90 minutes into the match, Eurospeed Asti's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Loi came free, but Damiano Battisti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 98 minutes, Evaristo Cordareo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aerolineas Argentinas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evaristo Cordareo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aerolineas Argentinas FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
