In the 8th minute, Kim Bolas made a precise shot to the right of Cristian Mirciu. Navigatii Bacău's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Cristian Mirciu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kim Bolas's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. After 16 minutes of play, Sliema Dragons FC's Kim Bolas made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristian Mirciu was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Rywin in the 19th minute of play forced Sliema Dragons FC's goalkeeper Barrie Kerridge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kim Bolas scored 0-4 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristian Mirciu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cristian Mirciu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kim Bolas in the 30th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Kim Bolas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Kim Bolas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristian Mirciu was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kim Bolas in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristian Mirciu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 38th minute, Rodolfo Mederi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kim Bolas took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristian Mirciu. Cristian Mirciu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Cristian Mirciu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kim Bolas in the 42nd minute of play. Sliema Dragons FC were awarded a corner in the 46th minute after Navigatii Bacău's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Baran Erozan took the corner. After taking down the ball on Sliema Dragons FC's corner Baran Erozan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cristian Mirciu quite easily take care of the ball. In the 48th minute, Baran Erozan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristian Mirciu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. The Navigatii Bacău players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sliema Dragons FC were winning 0-6.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Blas Brun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cristian Mirciu was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Kim Bolas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kim Bolas really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. In the 60th play minute Kim Bolas came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Cristian Mirciu. 0-8. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jannik Roblaa in the 63rd minute of play forced Sliema Dragons FC's goalkeeper Barrie Kerridge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th match minute, Navigatii Bacău was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gigel Curteanu to maneuver through the defense. 65 minutes into the game, Kim Bolas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cristian Mirciu. Kim Bolas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. After 68 played minutes Sliema Dragons FC got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Mederi. Sliema Dragons FC made a substitution. Dejan Cassar replaced Kim Bolas. Rodolfo Mederi hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Cristian Mirciu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Baran Erozan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 75 minute of play. When Jannik Roblaa fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Navigatii Bacău's protests and gave Jannik Roblaa a yellow card for diving instead. Jannik Roblaa kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Dejan Cassar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cristian Mirciu. That made the score 0-11 in the 85 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Sliema Dragons FC's Dejan Cassar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cristian Mirciu. That made the score 0-12 after 88 minutes of play. Sliema Dragons FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
