San Mauro A Mare FC's Samir Afacan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Motyka in the 16th minute of play. With a little luck, Juventus FC's Olexiy Stus got control of the ball when Levent Hicran tried to sneak it across the goal line. Juventus FC's Olexiy Stus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Juventus FC from getting a goal against them. 24 minutes into the match, San Mauro A Mare FC's Levent Hicran sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olexiy Stus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Juventus FC's Robertinho Baggio in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Laredo in the 40th minute of play forced San Mauro A Mare FC's goalkeeper Samir Afacan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Robertinho Baggio made a kick off. Augusto Graziani struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Olexiy Stus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Mauro A Mare FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Levent Hicran in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olexiy Stus saved Juventus FC from getting behind. Olexiy Stus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Levent Hicran's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. After 69 played minutes San Mauro A Mare FC got a freekick which was hit by Dinu Dobre. Olexiy Stus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Patricelli in the 76th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Alex Orsi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84thth minute of the game Alex Orsi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Juventus FC's Olexiy Stus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Alex Orsi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olexiy Stus was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alex Orsi in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olexiy Stus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Juventus FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
