Fulgencio Peru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Primitivo Jeraldo made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mihai Şelaru got free with Primitivo Jeraldo in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 24 minutes into the match, Palermo AFC's goalkeeper Primitivo Jeraldo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucas Iigo. Lucas Iigo scored 2-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Primitivo Jeraldo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Palermo AFC's Marcelo Domiku got a free kick in the 30th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Palermo AFC's goalkeeper Primitivo Jeraldo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucas Iigo. Primitivo Jeraldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikolaj Smolarek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Egon Lätte came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Palermo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Egon Lätte couldn't finish the play. Everardo Bidun made in the 41st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Mikolaj Smolarek however managed to control. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Bautista, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Primitivo Jeraldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Tiso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodrigo Bautista's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. After 58 minutes, Severiano Udalaitz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palermo AFC and the Xeneizes players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Xeneizes booed when Palermo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severiano Udalaitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fulgencio Peru charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fulgencio Peru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 59th minute, Fulgencio Peru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Palermo AFC's Severo Leheren got a free kick in the 61st minute. After 66 played minutes Xeneizes got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Iigo. Xeneizes's Qi Xun was substituted for Fulgencio Peru. Everardo Bidun got a throw-in 74 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Mikolaj Smolarek. Everardo Bidun kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Rodrigo Bautista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Palermo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mihai Şelaru came free, but Primitivo Jeraldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Qi Xun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Primitivo Jeraldo was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. After some careless play in the Palermo AFC defense, Tao Fan Xi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Primitivo Jeraldo. The Palermo AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Primitivo Jeraldo should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Qi Xun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Primitivo Jeraldo was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. After 94 played minutes Palermo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Domiku. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Bautista in the 96th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Xeneizes had played much better football throughout.
