River Plate ® 9-12's Rigoberto Bihar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dino Scapini in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4th minute Gregorio Quintero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rigoberto Bihar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 6 minutes into the game, when Octavio Bourchier put in a rough tackle. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Muhammet Ökten sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregorio Quintero in the 18th minute of play forced River Plate ® 9-12's goalkeeper Rigoberto Bihar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Cobresal's goalkeeper Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Placido Silvanito. Rigoberto Bihar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregorio Quintero in the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute of the match, Muhammet Ökten got a very nice opportunity to score, but Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 26th minute Jimeno Jimeno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rigoberto Bihar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Ignacio Allard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rigoberto Bihar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pere Jordi Jofre, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Jimeno in the 30th minute of play. Placido Silvanito might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Placido Silvanito ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Cobresal's Arneil Kurth got a free kick in the 35th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Cobresal's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Silvanito came free, but Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Silvanito in the 38th minute of play. River Plate ® 9-12's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cobresal the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pere Jordi Jofre in the 45th minute of play forced River Plate ® 9-12's goalkeeper Rigoberto Bihar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Cobresal's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Silvanito came free, but Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
The audience thought a goal was coming when Gregorio Quintero got free with Rigoberto Bihar in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fang Zhan Ao, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Răzvan Panait kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Cobresal's Dino Scapini got a free kick in the 66th minute. A collision led to Cobresal getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Dino Scapini hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, River Plate ® 9-12's Luca Langoni tried to score from far away in the 68th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Placido Silvanito, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Placido Silvanito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placido Silvanito in the 77th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, River Plate ® 9-12's Placido Silvanito sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Horacio Jesus Urruticoechea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 80 minutes into the match, River Plate ® 9-12's goalkeeper Rigoberto Bihar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pere Jordi Jofre. River Plate ® 9-12's Cristian Christian was substituted for Jimeno Jimeno. After 83 minutes River Plate ® 9-12's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dino Scapini who took care of the corner kick. Pere Jordi Jofre's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rigoberto Bihar firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 92 played minutes River Plate ® 9-12 got a freekick which was hit by Fang Zhan Ao. River Plate ® 9-12's Cayetano Iratxo was substituted for Placido Silvanito. Gregorio Quintero took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rigoberto Bihar. Rigoberto Bihar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. When the referee blew the final whistle, River Plate ® 9-12 could leave the field as winners, despite Cobresal having more of the ball for most of the match.
