An unexpectedly hard shot by Efrain Roldan in the 23rd minute of play forced Crottos Crotters F.C.'s goalkeeper Freddy Mercurio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adilson Breckenfeld struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Silvestre Ulizes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Crottos Crotters F.C.. After 44 minutes Crottos Crotters F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Natalio Kusko who took care of the corner kick. The supporters of Crottos Crotters F.C. booed when CERPA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Placido Confesor didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Peng Xiong made a kick off. In the 60th minute CERPA were awarded a corner. Natalio Kusko went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led CERPA's Natalio Kusko to fire away a dangerous shot which Freddy Mercurio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 67th minute, Efrain Roldan made a precise shot to the right of Freddy Mercurio. Crottos Crotters F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Crottos Crotters F.C. made a substitution. Gerardo Gartzea replaced Szilveszter Puja. Benigno Elija took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silvestre Ulizes. Silvestre Ulizes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Freddy Mercurio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas Denturck in the 80th minute of play. Natalio Kusko made a great header on CERPA's corner, it was just that Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Freddy Mercurio managed to reach the ball for a save. Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Freddy Mercurio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efrain Roldan in the 96th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Crottos Crotters F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
